Ryan's Othro Appointment

Well today we went to the Ortho for Ryan. And the Dr. said that it would be wise to start phase one on braces, so it looks like he'll be wearing the ones with the headgear to it. My little guy will have to wear it 14 hrs a day for just over a year. But if it will help him in the long run why not do it. The "commitment" to do it will be very important. The down side is our dental insurance wont cover and of the payment, so that's going to hurt. Well see how that pans out, as we go threw our next step ill, keep you'll updated.

P90 update.

Well i did the workout program for about 5wks, i was a little tough on my body. So I've put it on hold and am going to start a yoga type workout. I did lose about 12lbs. so i know it will be a good choice to continue some kind of program. My baby (hubby) bought me some shape-ups so am excited to see if they will help my joints and back pain. will keep you posted.

The Start of My p90x Journey

Well yesterday, Troy and I started the p90x program. 1st workout was alright couldn't do the workout like the pros, but i think i did pretty well. Went to bed with my back muscles feeling like they were spasm. Took me awhile to fall a sleep. But man this morning i feel everything in my abs, it even hurts to laugh. Hopefully i get to feeling better as we progress further into our 90 days. Troys on first shift now, i really love having him home with us in the evenings. I think this is a great beginning of a new healthy life style. Troy has been a real sport, hes been eating food he wouldn't have touch before. Am so proud of him. It feels good to look into my frige now, and see all that healthy food to chose from. Ryan is really getting into the new healthy lifestyle changes too. He's working out with us, when he can ... lol and wants to have protein shakes with us. I told him we'd get him ensures, for hes power drinks. We still need to get our multi-vitamins and man my joints need some sort of nourishment. We still have a few things needed to fully be ready to go full speed ahead. But i think we are doing great so far. Can't wait to see how we transform. Well time to get Ryan up for school. I'll be sharing again soon. Have a great day!!!
